Eva Mendes is incredibly disciplined with her diet. The mom of two, with long-time love Ryan Gosling, reveals in the April issue of Shape that she eats the exact same thing for lunch and dinner every single day.
“I usually start my day with eggs… I mostly keep it simple and have scrambled eggs and a piece of Ezekiel toast for breakfast,” she explains. “For lunch, I usually have salmon and rice or quinoa, and I try to include a salad. I’ll eat the same thing for dinner. I’m a creature of habit in that way. I don’t get bored with food.”
Mendes also reveals she has given up her treadmill in favor of interval training to stay fit.
